The gentleman that showed up pronptly to tow my vehicle was the most exemplary towing experiences I have ever had! I had dogs, its was 15 degrees, the shop we first tried to drop to suddenly had no openings… and let me tell you about how he was able to even get to my car in a soace that hard for me to back into! Then we went to a crowded lot and he unloaded the car in another tight space. To top it off, the mechanic he works with offered to fix the car! That day! On top of it all, the guy who drove the truck was simply a cool local guy who loves dogs. Ultimately, I leased a new car but I would recommend these folks for a tow and a repair service. Ever step of this experience was excellent. If you have to deal with a breakdown, you want to be on the journey with THIS garage.

I requested Roadside Assistance from State Farm for a dead battery at my residence. They arranged for TowAway LLC to provide service. The truck arrived within the timeframe I had been told to expect them. The young man was polite & cordial. And he jump started my car within a few minutes with no problem. I was pleasantly satisfied & appreciative.

My car broke down on a Tuesday morning on my way to work. My roadside assistance service contacted Towaway LLC and had them come get me.The driver arrived at the expected. He wasted no time loading my car carefully on the tow truck. He got me and my car safely to the repair shop in Troy. He was professional, courteous and competent.

Driver came out at 9:30 at night and picked up my vehicle.. no issues.. even provided some speedy dry to soak up the oil leaking! Great service-5 stars! Thank you TowAway!

TowAway LLC could not have been better. My car’s tire blew. Their tow truck came promptly and was so helpful. I hired them to make the necessary repairs & they went above and beyond to save the tire rim, which would’ve cost $500+ to replace. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend TowAway LLC!

They came really quickly and handled my vehicle with care. He was also very friendly and a genuinely good individual. 10/10 despite the stress of needing a tow in the first place.

My car wouldnt start after stopping to vaccuming my car out ,before going through the car wash Charge my battery & followed me to the service station down the street,just in case my car broke down again. Very friendly technician. Highly recommended for quick service!

These guys are simply amazing! I brought my car in for warranty work on my car door. I was there 90 minutes, during which time they spoke to my warranty company, got approval for the work, ordered the part needed for my car, and also reassembled my door, AND fixed the headlight problem I have been dealing with another garage for 6 months within minutes!!!They are honest, extremely efficient, friendly, and professional.I am so very happy with them. I won’t ever go to another place again for repairs!5 ⭐️

They did a great job! From the initial contact right through having my car being safely towed to the mechanic's shop. It really helped make it easy on me given the unfortunate situation I was in with my car. I would definitely recommend them! 👍
